  • Applying for and running Research and Development projects (including Innovate UK funded R&D projects) to help clients determine the feasibility of, and to inform the characteristics for, later commercial deployments of services and systems.
  • Development of lotting strategies and tender specifications ranging from professional services to communications & IT systems.
  • Support with specialist requirements capture, technical specification and business case development.
  • Running stakeholder (including public) engagement processes, industry information days / webinars.
  • In tender support such as maintaining question logs and responding to formal questions to required SLA’s on behalf of the client.
  • Conducting bid evaluations and supplier scoring exercises.
  • Post contract award performance evaluation and verification of achievement of performance milestones for staged payment contracts.
